আপাতত, ২৩ শে মার্চ থেকে ৩১ শে মার্চ। ভারতের চতুর্থ এবং পঞ্চম সপ্তাহ। এই শব্দদুটো শুনলেই গায়ে কাঁটা দিচ্ছে।  শিহরণ জাগছে। কেননা পরবর্তে দুটো সপ্তাহই ভারতের ভাগ্য নির্ধারণ করতে চলেছে। আমরা ইতিহাস সৃষ্টি করব নাকি নিজেরা ইতিহাস হব, সেটা নির্ভর করছে এই দুটো সপ্তাহের মধ্যেই।

ব্যোমকেশ বক্সীর দুর্গরহস্যে পড়েছিলাম প্লেগের ভয়াবহতার কথা। মৃতদেহগুলোকে আগুনে জ্বালাবার পরিবর্তে নদীর জলে ভাসিয়ে দেওয়া হত। ইতিহাসের পাতা ঘাঁটলে দেখবেন, প্রতি একশ বছরে মহামারী আসছে আর তা মারণরূপ ধারণ করছে। ফলাফল স্বরূপ লাখ লাখ মানুষের মৃত্যু এবং পরবর্তী সময়ে দুর্ভিক্ষ আর মন্বন্তর। প্রকৃতির ওপর মানুষের অত্যাচার যখনই চরম সীমার পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে, তখনই প্রকৃতি আমাদের শাস্তি দিচ্ছে। নিষ্ঠুর শাস্তি।

চতুর্থ আর পঞ্চম সপ্তাহ নিয়ে কেন ভয় পাচ্ছি? ভারতে এই মুহুর্তে অফিশিয়ালি আক্রান্তের সংখ্যাটা সম্ভবত তিন শতকের ঘরে পৌঁছায় নি। অফিশিয়ালি বললাম কেননা লক্ষণ বিহীন অবস্থায় আরও প্রচুর আক্রান্ত মানুষ নিজের অজান্তেই পথেঘাটে ঘুরে চলেছেন এবং নিজের অজান্তেই বাকীদের ইনফেক্টেড করে চলেছেন। সকলের লক্ষণ যখন ধরা পড়বে তখন ভারতে করোনা মহামারীর রূপ নেবে অর্থাৎ তৃতীয় স্টেজে পৌঁছে যাবে। এটা সহজ গাণিতিক ক্যালকুলেশন। ইতালিতে তৃতীয় সপ্তাহে করোনা আক্রান্ত ছিল ১০৩৬ জন। চতুর্থ সপ্তাহে তা এক লাফে ৬৩৩২ জন, পঞ্চম সপ্তাহে সেটা ২১১৫৭ জন। ইরানে তৃতীয় সপ্তাহে ছিল ২৪৫ জন। দুসপ্তাহের মধ্যে সেটা বেড়ে ১২,৭২৯ জন। ভয়টা কি জানেন? ভারত এখন তৃতীয় সপ্তাহ। বাকীদেশ গুলোর তুলনায় ভারত এখনও সপ্তাহ দুয়েক পিছিয়ে আছে। তাহলে ভাবুন পরের দুটো সপ্তাহ কতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

কিভাবে বাড়ছে এভাবে লাফিয়ে লাফিয়ে? ধরুণ কোলকাতায় অফিশিয়ালি এই মুহুর্তে দুজন আক্রান্ত ধরা পড়েছে। তারা হাসপাতালে যাবার আগে নিদেন পক্ষে চার-পাঁচশ মানুষের সংস্পর্শে এসেছে। সেই চার পাঁচশ মানুষ নিজেরাও জানেনা যে তারা ইনফেক্টেড। তারা এখন নিজেদের অগোচরেই বাকীদের শরীরে ভাইরাস ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে। সবার যখন লক্ষণ ধরা পড়বে তখন সংখ্যাটা দুই থেকে এক ধাক্কায় কত দূর যাবে ভেবে দেখুন। কম্পিউটার হোক বা হিউম্যান বডি, ভাইরাস ছড়ানোর প্রক্রিয়াটা একই। প্রথমে নিশ্চিন্ত থাকবেন, পরমুহুর্তে যখন বুঝতে পারবেন ততক্ষণে অনেক দেরী হয়ে যাবে।

#কার্ফুর_গুরুত্বঃ ২২ তারিখ প্রধানমন্ত্রী সকলকে ঘরে থাকার অনুরোধ করেছেন। বিজ্ঞানসম্মতভাবে ভাইরাস ছড়ায় একটি নির্দিষ্ট হিউম্যান চেনের মাধ্যমে। অর্থাৎ দুজন থেকে দশজন, দশজন থেকে একশজন। সহজ গাণিতিক সূত্রে ভাইরাস দেহ থেকে দেহে বংশবিস্তার করে বেড়ায়। যদি এই চেনে একটা ব্রেক লাগানো হয়, তবে করোনাকে ধোঁকা দেওয়া সম্ভব। সাইকেলের চেন আচমকা কেটে গেলে কি হয়? সাইকেলের চাকা থেমে যায়। ঠিক তেমনই হিউম্যান চেনকে ভাঙতে একদিনের কার্ফু প্রয়োজন। পাশাপাশি অনেকে বলছেন, এটা দেশকে লক ডাউন করার প্রস্তুতি। চতুর্থ ও পঞ্চম সপ্তাহে করোনা যদি মহামারীর রূপ নেয়, তখন দেশকে লক ডাউন করা ছাড়া উপায় থাকবেনা। ভারত প্রায় নিশ্চিতভাবেই তৃতীয় স্টেজে পৌঁছাবে। সরকার চাইছে সেখানে পৌঁছানোর জন্য বেশি সময় লাগুক। উদ্দেশ্য একই, চেন ভাঙা। ভাইরাসকে বোকা বানানো। যদি কাল পরশুর মধ্যেই তৃতীয় স্টেজে পৌঁছে যায়, তাহলে চতুর্থ স্টেজে পৌঁছাতে বেশি সময় নেবেনা। আর কানাডার প্রধানমন্ত্রী কতটা উদার সেটা বিচার করার সময় নয়। ভারতের মত বহুল জনসংখ্যার দেশে কানাডার মত উদারতা দেখানো কার্যত অসম্ভব।
একটি বিশেষ অনুরোধ, এই মুহুর্তে রাজনীতি না করে দয়া করে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এবং প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কথাগুলো মেনে চলুন। খেয়াল করে দেখুন, এই মুহুর্তে কেন্দ্র বা রাজ্যের কেউই পারস্পরিক সংঘাতে যাচ্ছেনা, একত্রে কাজ করছে। এটা রাজনীতির সময় নয়, এটা International emergency. মাথায় রাখবেন, সিদ্ধান্তগুলো ওরা একা নিচ্ছেন না, বিশেষজ্ঞ টীমের সাজেশনেই ওরা কাজ করছেন। সেই বিশেষজ্ঞরা আমার আপনার চেয়ে অনেক তুখোড়। তাই সরকারি নির্দেশিকা অক্ষরে অক্ষরে মেনে চলুন। আপনি সহযোগিতা না করলে কোনো সরকার ভারতকে বাঁচাতে পারবেনা।

#ভারতের_আশঙ্কা_কেন_বেশিঃ এটার সহজ উত্তর, ভারতের জন সংখ্যা। বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলছেন, ভারতের তিরিশ কোটি মানুষের আক্রান্ত হবার সম্ভাবনা। ভারতে হাসপাতালের সংখ্যা কম, যদি করোনা মহামারীর রূপ নেয়, তাহলে অধিকাংশ মানুষকেই বিনা চিকিৎসায় মরতে হবে। একবার মহামারীর চেহারা নিলে কত দ্রুত এই ভাইরাস ১৩০ কোটির মানুষদের শরীরে ছড়িয়ে যেতে পারে তা আপনার ধারণার বাইরে। আপনার সুস্থ হবার সম্ভাবনা থাকবে কিন্তু আপনার চিকিৎসা করার মত কেউ থাকবেনা। অত ডাক্তার কোথায়? অত হাসপাতাল কোথায়? আপনি তো এতদিন মন্দির বানাবেন বা মসজিদ বানাবেন বলে লড়াই আর দাঙ্গা করে গেছেন। হাসপাতাল বানাবার জন্য লড়েন নি তো। এখন হাপিত্যেশ করেই বা কি লাভ।

#চতুর্থ_ও_পঞ্চম_সপ্তাহে_করণীয়ঃ ১। বাজার ঘাট আজকেই করে রাখুন। এক সপ্তাহের চাল, ডাল, তেল নুন ও মশলাপাতি কিনে রাখুন। তার বেশি কিনে ঘরে জমাবেন না। তাহলে বাকীরা কিনতে পারবেনা। সাথে সোয়াবিন, ডিম, টক দই ইত্যাদি প্রোটিন সোর্স কিনে রাখুন। প্রোটিন ইমিউনিটি বাড়াতে সক্ষম। আর ভাইরাস থেকে আপনাকে একজনই বাঁচাতে পারে। আপনার ইমিউনিটি অর্থাৎ রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা।

২। ভাইরাসের চেনকে ভাঙতেই হবে যেমন করে হোক। তাই সেলফ আইসোলেশনে থাকুন। অর্থাৎ সহজ ভাষায় বলতে গেলে বাড়িতে থাকুন। বাড়িতে কাউকে আসতে দেবেন না, নিজেও কোথাও যাবেন না। আত্মীয় সজন হোক, প্রেমিক প্রেমিকা হোক, এই মুহুর্তে দূরে থাকুন। ২২ শে মার্চ থেকে ৩১ শে মার্চ ঘরে থাকতেই হবে এমন মানসিক প্রস্তুতি নিন। তারপরে কি হবে সেটা অবস্থা বুঝে ব্যবস্থা। এপ্রিলে ভারতের অবস্থা কেমন থাকবে তার ওপর ভিত্তি করে সরকারই সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে। আপনি আপাতত এপ্রিলের আগে অবধি সেলফ কোয়ারান্টাইনে থাকুন।

৩। হাত ধোবার ব্যাপারে সবাই জানেন, নতুন করে এটাই বলার, পারলে কিছু অতিরিক্ত সাবান কিনে রাখুন। হ্যান্ডওয়াশ বা স্যানিটাইজার তো আশা করি আছেই। দায়সারা ভাবে হাত না ধুয়ে নিয়ম করে কুড়ি সেকেন্ড হাত ধুয়ে ফেলুন ঘুরিয়ে ফিরিয়ে। কারুর থেকে টাকা নিলে, বাজারের ব্যাগ ধরলে, মাংস ম্যারিনেট করলে হাত ধোয়া বাধ্যতামূলক। মাথায় রাখুন, বাইরের কিছু ধরলেই হাত ধুতে হবে আর মুখে হাত দেওয়া চলবেনা।

কাল থেকে যুদ্ধ শুরু হচ্ছে। এই “অতিমারি” তৃতীয় বিশ্বযুদ্ধের চেয়েও ভয়াবহ। জানি, অনেকে বিপদ ঘটার আগে দায়সারা ভাব দেখাতেই স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য বোধ করে। কিন্তু বিপদ আসতে চলেছে, ভয়াবহভাবে। যদি মনে করেন আপনাকে আতঙ্কিত করার চেষ্টা করছি একদম ঠিক ধরেছেন। “আমার কিস্যু হবেনা” বা “হলে দেখা যাবে” ধরণের মনোভাবটার বদলে আতঙ্কিত মনোভাব অনেক বেশি কার্যকরী। ভারতে যদি করোনা চতুর্থ স্টেজে পৌঁছে যায়, তাহলে শ্মশানে মৃতদেহ দাহ করার মত লোক পাবেন না। আজ তেমন কিছু হয়নি বলে উচ্ছ্বসিত হচ্ছেন, কাল আপনার আনন্দ বিষাদে বদলে যাবে যদি প্রিয়জনের চোখদুটো চিরতরে বুজে যায়। এর থেকে দেশকে বাঁচাতে পারি আমি বা আপনিই। ইতালি বা কানাডার মানুষরা যা করেনি সেটা আমাদের করতেই হবে করোনাকে রুখতে। মনে রাখবেন, এই মহামারীর ইতিহাস আমাদের ছেলে-মেয়ে-নাতি-নাতনীরা পড়তে চলেছে। যদি বেঁচে থাকি তাহলে আমরা এই ইতিহাসের সাক্ষ্য দিতে চলেছি। তাই চলুন, ইতিহাস গড়ি। ভারতের ইতিহাস।

Today, I am going to share some best GIMP plugins and filters that you can add in this image editor and make it even more advanced. If you haven’t tried any GIMP plugin yet and want to learn how to install a GIMP plugin, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. Installing a GIMP plugin could be a hectic task for beginners. So, I will also try to explain it in the easiest manner.GIMP is written and developed under X11 on UNIX platforms. But basically the same code also runs on MS Windows and Mac OS X.

                                               How to Install GIMP Plugins?

The first method of installing GIMP Plugins is the automatic one. You just need to open the plugin’s folder, double-click on the installer and that’s it. However, not every plugin supports this method and require manual installation. Also, installers are platform-dependent. You will find some are available for Windows only, not for other platforms. Lastly, clicking on random installers on the Internet may invite malware to your system.

If the first method doesn’t apply to your plugin. You have to proceed with the manual method. GIMP plugin is usually a .py (python) or .scm (Script-Fu) file.  Just follow the steps below to install them in GIMP.

    First of all, Unzip the plugin’s zip file.
    If your plugin is in a .py format, move it into the GIMP Plug-Ins’ folder. The path will be something like – “C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\share\gimp\2.0\plug-ins”.
    If your plugin is in a .scm format, move it into the Scripts’ folder. The path will be something like – “C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\share\gimp\2.0\scripts”.
    Finally, restart GIMP.
